HMS-Host is rolling out their newest brand, the PGA Tour Grill with several locations throughout McCarran International Airport. The latest unit, a 2,700 square foot food and beverage location, in the B-Gates Concourse features a full kitchen, bar and dining area. Selected again by HMS-Host, Richardson Wetzel Architects (RWA) prepared design documents and provided administration services to bring this new venue to a successful completion.
Having recently introduced the PGA Tour Grill to the Terminal Two building, this newest location features the same rich materials and theming with multiple TVs, and wall murals depicting “the gallery” crowd looking in from the sidelines. The menu items and specialty cocktails are based on golf terminology like “19th Hole” and “High-Loft Lemonade”. RWA continues its crusade to introduce more daylighting into areas of the airport previously with none. The current venue now allows patrons to observe aircraft movements across the tarmac, while enjoying a break from their day of travel.
