The latest unit, a 2,700 square foot food and beverage location, in the B-Gates Concourse features a full kitchen, bar and dining area. Selected again by HMS-Host, Richardson Wetzel Architects (RWA) prepared design documents and provided administration services to bring this new venue to a successful completion.
The project is the ground-up, new construction of a 3,500 s.f. convenience store, fuel distribution and full service car wash facility. Located at the corner lot of a prominent retail center, this project successfully emulates the architectural style of the center, while creating a destination image for fuel and convenience customers.
A small, constrained site offered many challenges for this 3,100 s.f. convenience store, fuel distribution and car wash facility. Creative site planning allowed us to balance on-site access and circulation with maximizing store size.
