When All Storage decided they wanted to update their brand and aesthetic to be more modern, they reached out to RWA as we are known for our progressive solutions.

This new three-building facility, one of several planned over the next few years, redefines the overall aesthetic of a storage facility.  With modern lines, full glazed building corners for viewing interiors, floating soffits, parapet walls at the low rooflines, colorful metal wall panels, durable split face masonry, and warm faux stone, the three-story buildings no longer look like the pre-engineered metal storage buildings of yesterday.

The rental office is a spacious two-story volume that creates a “sense of arrival” for the customer and will include a small retail venue, regional manager office, large conference room, vault storage, and restroom facilities. The manager’s apartment is progressively designed with large windows and a large balcony to the north promoting overseeing views of the property and beyond.
